.When it's 25 degrees Celsius, you'll find yourself in bed sweating night after night and it's not easy to get air conditioning delivered to your finca bedroom– Residents are currently particularly plagued by the annoying supply chain problem and have to wait for months.

Photovoltaic Mallorca: 30 percent funding from the state
As an owner, you can therefore look ahead and opt for energy-efficient conversion with photovoltaics in the near future. In addition, there are state subsidies of up to 30 percent for photovoltaics and heating technology using heat pumps. Depending on the municipality, the property tax (IBI) is also reduced by up to 30 percent for three years.
